Aqua Terra has developed new training courses which go beyond basic knowledge and instead requires students to engage in critical thinking. Aqua Terra creates training with the intent of creating positive change in how our students view their permit(s) requirements and the potential impacts of their construction processes. Aqua Terra continues to be selected by government, private sector, and MS4 clients to meet their training requirements. We are proud to be known for delivering high quality, multimedia training which keeps students engaged in the learning process. Since late 2017 we have developed a multitude of different courses including Basic Stormwater Management, Conducting Stormwater Inspections, Developing Stormwater Management Plans, Control Measure and Environmental Estimating as well as Working in Water. In addition to these courses we have developed specific training to meet the individual compliance education needs of clients like Bryan Construction INC, Iron Woman, SEMSWA (Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority), and CDOT (Colorado Department of Transport).
COVID-19 has given Aqua Terra the opportunity to explore and expand how training, project planning, and inspections are conducted. Aqua Terra created real time, web-based training via programs such as Zoom™ by utilizing Power Point™ presentations intentionally adapted for web-based training. These courses feature on-site film clips, digital student workbooks as well as live interaction with students utilizing a wide variety of programs such as Slido™. Aqua Terra’s unique approach to web-based training focuses on effectively teaching large numbers of students safely, while still facilitating high information retention and student participation.

- An Estimators Guide to Building in Stormwater Cost and Winning the Project
- Working in Colorado Waterways
- Basic Control Measure Installation and Detail Reading
- Basic Stormwater Management (QSM Training)
